Five Star uses an assembly line approach to appliance fabrication. Each tech is specialized in one or more departments and each appliance is QC’d after each step of the fabrication process. This provides for a much more consistent, quality appliance.

Five Star supplies lab slips and pre-paid UPS shipping labels with tracking numbers and email alerts insuring a smooth and timely delivery.
Quality
Five Star uses the highest quality materials in the industry. We accept intraoral scans from all scanners that produce an .stl file, and print those to use as working models in the lab. This provides a much more accurate model and better appliance fit. Laser welding is 360 times stronger than conventional solder joints and offer more flexibility. Easy to work with!
Orthodontic assistants love the fact that we duplicate every model. This gives us the flexibility to quickly duplicate another model from the original if needed.
We make your job easier. Five Star prefers that you do not place bands inside the impression. Rather, place the bands on a cotton roll and let us place them on the model for you.

Appliance Warranty
Five Star Orthodontic Laboratory and Supply warrants that all appliances are patient-specific and fabricated to the specifications set forth in a completed prescription form by a licensed Dentist and that all products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 60 calendar days from the date of the invoice.
Five Star Orthodontic Laboratory and Supply will, at it’s election, repair or replace any product it fabricates, which proves to be defective in workmanship or materials. Warranty requests resulting from accident, neglect, or abuse is not covered under the terms of this warranty.
