We are working hard to continue providing you the best service and customer support possible during this difficult time. We will be complying with our county’s mandated order to “shelter in home” from March 26th-31st to protect our employees, families, and community in preventing the spread of COVID-19. As we are considered an essential business, we will continue to operate with some minor changes to our operations.
Changes in Operation
While our customer service and sales staff will be working remotely during this period, all communications to Five Star Orthodontic Lab & Supply will remain the same. Lab production will involve essential employees only. While we do not expect this change to have a significant impact on production, you may experience temporary delays in turnaround time. We can assure you our team is committed to providing you with the same high-level service and support that you are used to.
Hours of Operation
Our hours of operation will be Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m, closed on Fridays.
We will continue to keep you informed and provide announcements and updates as necessary.
